Getting started

KRILIYA is a Moroccan rental marketplace. Browse items in DH, request a booking for the dates you need, then coordinate pickup with the owner in chat.

Create an account with email or Google, verify your email when asked, and complete your profile so other members can trust you.

Renting an item

• Open an item, check availability, price per day, location, and reviews.
• Choose your dates and send a booking request.
• Wait for the owner to accept. Confirmed and active bookings block those dates for others.
• Use in-app chat for pickup details. Keep payments and personal data on KRILIYA when possible.
• After the rental, leave a review so the community stays useful for everyone.

Listing an item

• Tap List an item, add clear photos, a title, category, city, and a fair daily price in DH.
• Set availability and any pickup notes. Listings may be reviewed before they go live.
• Respond to booking requests quickly. Accept, decline, or message the renter for details.
• Keep your calendar accurate so overlapping confirmed bookings do not clash.

Payments

Prices on KRILIYA are shown in Moroccan Dirham (DH). Settlement between renter and owner is typically arranged directly (for example cash on pickup), unless we announce another method later.

Never send money to strangers off-platform based on a chat message alone. Confirm the booking status first.

Account & access

• Reset a forgotten password from the login screen.
• Resend the verification email if your account is not verified yet.
• Update your name, phone, city, and photo from Profile.
• If your account is blocked, you will see a clear message with next steps.
