Safe meetups

• Meet in a public, well-lit place when you can — especially for the first pickup.
• Share the booking details with someone you trust, and keep the chat history on KRILIYA.
• Inspect the item together at handover. Note damage before you leave.
• Do not share your home address, IBAN, or one-time codes in chat unless you are sure who you are talking to.

Chat & scams

• KRILIYA never asks for your password or payment PIN in a message.
• Be careful with links that ask you to pay outside the booking flow.
• If a message feels urgent, threatening, or “too good to be true,” stop and report it.
• Rental chats and Support chats are separate — Support can help when something goes wrong.

Reporting problems

You can report listings, users, or bookings that break our rules. Include clear details so our team can act.

We may suspend listings or accounts that harm the community. Serious abuse may lead to a permanent block.

Reviews

Reviews after completed bookings help others decide. Be honest and respectful. Fake or abusive reviews may be removed.
