Terms of use

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using KRILIYA (web or mobile), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

KRILIYA is a marketplace that connects people who want to rent items with people who list them. We are not the owner of listed items unless we say otherwise.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, harm other members, or create legal risk.

3. Listings & bookings

• Owners must only list items they are allowed to rent, with honest photos and descriptions.
• Renters must request bookings in good faith and respect agreed dates, pickup, and return condition.
• A booking request is not a confirmed rental until the owner accepts it (or the status otherwise becomes confirmed/active).
• Fees and prices are shown in DH. Payment between parties is arranged as described on the platform.

4. Prohibited use

• Illegal items, stolen goods, weapons, or anything that endangers others.
• Fraud, impersonation, spam, scraping, or trying to bypass security.
• Harassment, hate, or content that violates Moroccan law.
• Taking payments or personal data off KRILIYA in a way meant to avoid our safety tools.

5. Liability

Rentals happen between members. KRILIYA does not guarantee item quality, owner or renter behavior, or that a booking will complete without issues.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KRILIYA is not liable for indirect losses arising from marketplace use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
