• Google sign-in data when you choose that option (such as name, email, and avatar provided by Google).
• Listings, bookings, reviews, favorites, messages, and support chats you create.
• Technical data needed to run the service (for example device/browser signals, IP-related security logs, and auth tokens).

2. How we use it

• To operate accounts, listings, bookings, chat, notifications, and support.
• To keep the marketplace safer (moderation, abuse detection, account security).
• To improve the product and communicate important service messages.
• We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

Other members see the profile and listing information you publish (for example name, city, reviews, and item photos).

Staff (Admin / Support) may access information needed to handle reports, moderation, and support chats.

We may share data with service providers that host or operate the platform (for example cloud hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

4. Retention & security

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational reasons. You can ask us to update or delete account data where applicable.

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

5. Your choices

• Edit profile details from your account settings.
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where the law allows.
• Turn off optional notifications where the product offers that control.
